We are now seeking an experienced, motivated, and qualified Chef to manage our Kitchen operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Key Responsibilities
·Leading kitchen operations and preparing high-quality dishes in line with restaurant standards
·Planning and contributing to menu development, including seasonal specials
·Supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient daily workflow
·Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene
·Working with fresh ingredients to prepare authentic, innovative meals & Dishes
·Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels
·Training, mentoring, and supporting junior kitchen team members
·Ensuring strict compliance with food safety regulations, OH&S requirements, and kitchen hygiene standards
·Coordinating closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service
·Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining kitchen cleaning schedules
