La Vallee Cafe/Restaurant in Essendon is seeking an experienced full-time chef to join our team.
Responsibilities and Duties
-Participating in recipe and menu development
-Food Preparation
-Ordering
-Training Junior staff
-complying with all food health and safety requirements
Other Requirements
-Must have Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
-Minimum 3 years experience as a chef
Other Requirements
-Must be able to work on weekends and rotating roster.
- Must be a strong team player and able to work in a busy environment.
-can do attitude and cooperative behavior.
-Passionate about providing high quality of food service.
