DoppioZero is a well-established Italian restaurant in Moorooduc known for authentic pizzas, fresh handmade pastas, and modern Italian dishes. We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Chef with 2–3 years experience in Italian cuisine to join our kitchen team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Preparing and cooking authentic Italian dishes including fresh pasta, pizza, and traditional mains
  2. Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  3. Assisting with daily prep, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation
  4. Working closely with the kitchen team during busy service periods
  5. Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For

  1. 2–3 years experience in Italian cuisine or Mediterranean kitchens
  2. Strong understanding of Italian cooking techniques and ingredients
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced professional kitchen
  4. Good teamwork and communication skills
  5. Passion for quality food and attention to detail
  6. Availability for evening and weekend shifts
