The Role
As a Casual Sales Rep, you’ll be front and centre on the shop floor, helping customers gear up for their next adventure while stacking sales.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering standout, customer-first service
- Selling with confidence and hitting daily sales targets
- Recommending the right gear based on customer needs
- Keeping the store stocked, clean and presentation-ready
- Supporting the team during busy trade periods
- Learning our systems, POS and product range
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything. You need the right attitude.
You’re someone who:
- Loves sales and isn’t afraid to talk to people
- Brings energy, confidence and a strong work ethic
- Wants to earn more by performing better
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Is available across the week, especially weekends
- Has retail or customer service experience (preferred, not essential)
- Has 12V or automotive knowledge? Big bonus
