Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team on high-end residential and commercial fit-outs across Melbourne. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone detail-oriented, team-focused, and eager to contribute to premium builds while advancing their career.
Key Responsibilities
1.Interpret project drawings and plans to understand design, materials, and installation requirements.
2.Prepare, cut, shape, and assemble timber, composite, and other materials for construction and fit-out.
3.Install internal components such as frameworks, flooring, doors, skirtings, cabinetry, and other fixtures to meet project specifications.
4.Install external components such as window and door frames, wall panels, and cladding.
5.Carry out minor repairs, modifications, and adjustments to existing structures and fittings.
6.Maintain a safe, clean, and organised worksite, following company safety procedures and building regulations.
7.Work independently or collaboratively, demonstrating precision, attention to detail, and professionalism on premium projects.
Qualifications and Skills
1.Carpentry trade qualification (Certificate III or equivalent).
2.3+ years’ experience, preferably on high-end residential or commercial fit-outs.
3.Proficient with hand and power tools.
4.Skilled in reading construction drawings with strong attention to detail.
5.Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
