About Us
Emcon Carpentry Pty Ltd is a growing Sydney-based construction company delivering commercial and residential carpentry projects across Greater Sydney and regional NSW.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis due to continued growth and an expanding project workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Construction and installation of timber framing systems
- Installation of doors, skirting, architraves and hardware
- Decking, cladding and external carpentry works
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Formwork and structural carpentry
- Fit-out and finishing carpentry
- Working safely in accordance with WHS requirements
- Coordinating with site supervisors and other trades
Essential Requirements
- Trade qualification in Carpentry (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Commercial construction experience
- First Aid Certificate
- EWP, Working at Heights or other construction tickets
