The Role
We are currently seeking two experienced and motivated Carpenter and Joiner to join our growing team. These roles offer an opportunity to work across a range of residential and commercial projects while delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Construct, install, renovate and repair structures and fixtures made from timber and other materials
• Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
• Measure, cut, shape and assemble materials accurately
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, partitions and fittings
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure work complies with building codes, WHS requirements and company standards
• Inspect completed work and maintain quality control standards
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete projects within deadlines
Requirements:
• Relevant qualification such as Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (post-qualification preferred)
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and workplace safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Valid driver's licence preferred
