Building Construction Supervisor

Mon Civil Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned company operating in the construction industry,

with a focus on civil works, formwork, and reinforcement across a range of residential,

commercial, and infrastructure projects. We are seeking a competent Building Construction

Supervisor to lead and oversee site-based construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising construction operations and coordinating

resources, including:

 Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and workflows

 Coordinate and organise labour, subcontractors, and materials required for each

project

 Monitor construction progress to ensure works are completed on time and to required

quality standards

 Interpret and work from construction drawings, plans, and specifications

 Liaise with site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

 Conduct site inspections and identify issues, delays, or safety concerns

 Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

 Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress records

 Ensure construction works comply with Australian building codes, regulations, and

company procedures

Requirements

 At least 1 year of relevant experience in construction site supervision or coordination

 Diploma in Building and Construction or a related field (preferred)

 Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations

 Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

 White Card (required)

 Strong organisational and communication skills

 Reliable, safety-focused, and able to supervise teams effectively

 Registration or licensing may be required depending on state regulations
