About the Role
You’ll take full ownership of branch performance across sales, operations, customer service and team leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily branch operations
- Leading and motivating a small team
- Building strong relationships with existing customers
- Identifying opportunities to grow branch revenue
- Providing product advice and solutions to customers
- Managing stock levels and inventory
- Overseeing purchasing and supplier coordination
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations
- Maintaining high service standards across the branch

You’ll likely bring:
- Previous experience managing a branch, store, or trade-based operation

- Leadership experience and the ability to hold a team accountable
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience working in tools, equipment, machinery, construction supplies or similar industries
- Confidence working autonomously
- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills
