As a Branch Manager in our South Australian Metro Region, you will lead a passionate local team while supporting team development, driving business performance, and enhancing member experience. Your success will be defined by how well you develop people, embed a positive culture, and connect with the community. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader ready to step into a broader role, focused on developing people and growing community impact and business development in the local area.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, and will have an initial appointment at our West Lakes Branch for parental Leave coverage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring and leading our passionate and skilled branch team 
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, growth & collaboration
  • Leading branch performance, aligning with broader strategic goals
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional service by providing structured coaching and feedback
  • Drive member retention, acquisition, and referral outcomes
  • Identifying business development opportunities within the community
  • Strengthening People First Bank’s presence and reputation through local engagement and partnerships
