About the RoleRoyal Beauty and Threading Salon is seeking a qualified and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our professional and growing team at our Aspley location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about beauty therapy, client care, and delivering high-quality treatments in a welcoming salon environment.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a range of beauty therapy treatments including facials, waxing, threading, tinting, and other salon services
2. Provide professional skin consultations and tailored treatment recommendations
3. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon presentation
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
5. Manage appointments and ensure smooth daily salon operations
6. Promote salon services and contribute to a positive team environment
7. RequirementsDiploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification)
8. Proven experience in a beauty therapist role (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
9. Strong skills in waxing, threading, facials, and skin treatments
10. Excellent communication and customer service skills
11. Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude
12. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
