B&G Cuts Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barber to join our

growing team. We are looking for a passionate professional who takes pride in

delivering exceptional grooming services and outstanding customer care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $77,000 – $79,000 per

annum plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide clients with advice on hair care, grooming products, and suitable

hairstyles

 Shampoo hair and condition scalps

 Perform precision haircuts using scissors, clippers, and razors

 Create fades, tapers, and modern barbering styles

 Shave and trim beards and moustaches

 Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment

 Sterilise and sanitise tools and equipment

 Manage appointments and process payments

What You’ll Bring

 Minimum of 3 years’ professional barbering experience

 Strong skills in fades, beard grooming, classic cuts, and contemporary styles

 Excellent customer service and communication skills

 High attention to detail and commitment to quality

 Reliable, professional, and well-presented

 Ability to work effectively within a team
