AUS INDS MECHANICAL FITTER

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service, repairs, and maintenance across a diverse range of hydraulic and mechanical equipment.

 Working in a well-equipped workshop environment, you’ll contribute to safe, efficient, and reliable outcomes for our customers across automotive, commercial, mining, construction, and industrial sectors.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Service and Repairs of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for automotive, commercial, off highway and industrial applications.
• Maintenance and overhaul of mobile, fixed plant equipment and components.
• Quality results in agreed timeframes.
• Assemble and overhaul of undercarriage and final drive components.
• General workshop duties as required.

Who are you:

• Relevant trade qualifications obtained in a workshop environment with sound mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
• Experience in rebuilding and repairing hydraulic components, transmissions, and undercarriage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current driver’s licence
• Focused on quality work & customer service excellence.
• Commitment towards safe work practices
• Flexible and willingness to carryout site work as required.
• Work autonomously and in a team environment
