The Opportunity 

We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our team in Clyde North! In addition to working on the floor, you will gain valuable experience assisting the Centre Manager ensuring the smooth operations of our well-regarded Centre.   

This is a personally rewarding role where you can impact the lives of the children in our care, and feel valued for your ongoing efforts, commitment, leadership, and dedication to your role. 

Qualifications: 

  • Hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood. 
  • Valid WWCC 
  • Current First Aid or CPR Certificate 
  • Child protection Training or willingness to obtain. 
  • Child Safe Standards Knowledge 
  • Red Nose, Food safety training & SunSmart training or willingness to obtain. 

Our successful applicant: 

  • Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and management skills. 
  • Demonstrate organisational skills and multitasking ability. 
  • Possess extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Rating and Assessment process. 
  • Show a strong understanding of the Child Safe Standards. 
  • Be passionate about achieving the highest quality of education and care for children and families. 
  • Radiate brightness, friendliness, and energy.
