Key Responsibilities
Become part of the boutique leadership team to achieve sales targets while maintaining a premium service experience
Inspire, motivate, and develop your team as a culture and performance driver
Guide styling and visual merchandising to create a luxury retail environment
Manage daily store operations efficiently and uphold brand standards
Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
Skills & Experience
Assistant management experience is required, ideally within premium women's fashion
Presentable, stylish, and approachable with a people-first mindset, to ensure a memorable experience
Ability to balance team leadership, sales focus, and operational excellence
Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalised customer experiences
Salary & Benefits
$60k + Superannuation
Performance-based bonus and additional incentives
Full time position, Sunday and Mondays required
