About Forza Capital

Forza Capital is an independent property investor group with a reputation for nimble, active investing and a track record of delivering consistent returns in excess of ~ 20% IRR since 2010. 2. Analyse and document existing organisational procedures across CRM, governance, investor materials preparation, marketing approvals and information management and establishing clear visibility of current operational frameworks.

  5. Monitor adherence to documented procedures and internal standards across capital raising and fund administration, evaluate deviations, and recommend corrective and preventive measures in line with continuous improvement frameworks.
  6. Assess process inefficiencies within capital raising and fund administration functions and implement technology-enabled solutions, including AI-supported tools, to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort and improve accuracy and operational performance.
