ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
• Embrace the imaginative, fun nature of the brand and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
• Maintain brand standards through presentation consistency, visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
• Convert customer interactions to sales by demonstrating your product knowledge.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar retail or customer service role.
• Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sales system.
• The ability to retain technical product and ingredient knowledge and demonstrate your passion for the Allkinds No Gross Stuff approach.
• A larger-than-life personality to confidently connect to the needs of the customer.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to stock management and visual merchandising.
• The ability to work independently an in a team.
