Agitator Driver

The role

Hy-Tec currently has an opportunity for a Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our fleet of Agitator Drivers on a permanent full time basis. Based out of our Glendenning site, you will load and deliver pre-mixed concrete to our customer sites.

As an Agitator Driver you will ensure that customer orders are delivered safely, effectively and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a secure and growing industry.

This role will require you to work Monday to Friday, with Saturday work as required. Start and finish times will fluctuate and be changeable depending on customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete to clients' sites
• Manage concrete slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete
• Complete basic documentation
• Develop positive customer relationships
• Maintain the truck in a clean and tidy condition

About you

• Essential - hold a current HR drivers licence and be able to provide a driver’s licence history check
• Highly regarded – experience driving a Concrete Agitator Truck
• Current white card
• Have a positive work ethic and sense of integrity to allow you to work self-directed
• Ability to comply with WHS requirements and the physical prerequisites attributed to operating our vehicles
• Be a reliable team player with a focus on excellent customer service
