Masters Lodge is seeking a motivated and organised Full Time Administration Assistant to support the day to day operations of the home and assist the leadership team.

The Role

This role supports the General Manager and wider team with the smooth running of the home’s administration. You will assist with reception duties, office administration, and operational tasks that help keep the service organised and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Reception and front of house administration
• Supporting admission and resident administration processes
• Rostering and payroll support tasks
• General office administration and documentation
• Assisting with cash handling and banking
• Providing high level customer service to residents, families, and staff
• Supporting the General Manager and leadership team with administrative tasks

What You Can Bring

• Minimum Certificate of Education or equivalent
• Certificate III in Business Administration or recognised equivalent
• Experience in residential aged care administration
• Knowledge of office procedures including rostering, admissions, and payroll
• High level customer service and communication skills
• Advanced computer and word processing skills
• Cash handling and banking experience
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Certificate, or ability to obtain
