Job Description
- Deliver accurate and timely billing in line with regulatory requirements
- Perform monthly statement and bank reconciliations
- Administer deposit-related transactions and account adjustments
- Act as a key contact for billing and account enquiries from customers and stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and variances
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reporting
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific billing requirements and policies
- Contribute to process improvements across the billing function
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have:
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable with a strong billing focus
- Exposure to regulated environments (e.g. aged care, healthcare, NDIS, or government)
- Experience managing complex billing structures and reconciliations
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Epicor or similar
- Strong communication skills, particularly handling billing-related enquiries
