About the role

Onsite has an opportunity for a motivated & capable Account Manager to join our team, based in Karratha or Port Hedland. 

Reporting to the Sales and Business Development Manager and working closely with the sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining & growing existing accounts and winning new business within your assigned portfolio / territory.

In this role you will: -

• Manage & grow the existing customer base
• Identify and convert new sales opportunities aligned with business sales plans
• Conduct regular cold calling throughout assigned territory, increasing awareness of Onsite’s product range & establishing yourself as the lead point of contact
• Build & strengthen relationships with existing & potential customers, attending customer events, trade shows & conferences 
• Prepare quotes for hire & support tender submissions
• Communicate effectively with branch team to support sales activity & ensure exceptional customer service is delivered
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM system

• Sales experience in hire/capital equipment/industrial or related industry
• Ability & willingness to cold call, in person & by phone
• Record of success in attracting & retaining new business
• Capacity to work safely & autonomously in the field
• Resilience & the ability to overcome obstacles & find solutions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution & relationship building skills
