You will play an important leadership role in supervising and mentoring Interns and Hospital Medical Officers, supporting their clinical development and ensuring continuity of patient care through effective handovers and discharge planning. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with consultants, nursing staff, allied health professionals, patients, families, and community healthcare providers.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop advanced clinical and surgical skills while contributing to the smooth operation of a busy ENT service committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes. These positions are suitable for Junior Medical Staff with keen interest in ENT training. Applicants must have General Registration with AHPRA and be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Positions on offer:

  • A strong commitment to high quality care
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team
